Vkusno Doma makes and delivers ready meals in Astana. In 3 months of working with BM Consulting its revenue grew from 6 to 12 million KZT a month.

Point A

At the start the business was losing money. Revenue was 6 million KZT a month, the Instagram account had over 15,500 followers, but social media brought almost no sales.

And the product was strong: handmade, premium KazBeef and Altyn Taga meat, no preservatives.

The problem wasn't the product

  • The range wasn't shown properly.
  • The product's strengths didn't reach the buyer.
  • There was no system that turns a follower into a buyer.

There was an account, but no marketing system.

The task

Two things had to happen at once: bring the business from a loss to a profit and launch a new line, hot food delivery. Without losing the frozen food sales.

What we did

  • Content for Instagram and TikTok that shows the product and its value.
  • Paid social to reach a new audience.
  • Customer research: we studied what customers really need and rebuilt the offers around it.

The goal wasn't just to make content but to find what actually moves sales.

Let them try first, then bring them back

We built the customer path: a first order with a low-barrier offer, then a focus on repeat sales so the person becomes a regular customer. The new sets put together after the research sold better than the standard range.

The result

In 3 months revenue doubled: from 6 to 12 million KZT a month. Followers grew from 15,500 to 17,436.

After the result the client didn't discuss whether to continue and asked right away: "What's the plan for next month?"
